New Residents

How do I get on the HOA newsletter and contact list? Email hoa@raven-ridge.com and ask to be added. We’d also love to have your name and email on file as the new owner.

How do I pay my dues? Can I pay online? Currently the HOA only accepts payment by check mailed to PO Box 97174, Raleigh, NC 27624. Because dues are collected once a year, online payment processing fees aren’t worth it at our volume.

When are invoices sent out? Invoices are mailed around December 1st each year. Payment is due January 1st.

What about swing sets and playground equipment? Swing sets and playground equipment are permitted in the backyard. Place them as far from neighboring lot lines as possible. They’re not on the required-approval list, but when in doubt email us first.

What about tree removal? Formal ARC approval is not required, but please notify the board before removing trees.

How do I submit an Architectural Improvement request? Download the Architectural Improvement Application and email it to hoa@raven-ridge.com with photos and any relevant plans. The Architectural Committee chair (Jon Miller) will review and respond.

I’m not sure if my project needs approval — who do I ask? When in doubt, email hoa@raven-ridge.com before you start. It’s always better to ask first.
